The hard synthetic shell on the inside, which is shaped to the horse's leg, provides optimum protection against external influences. This prevents your horse from getting injured. The protector has a strong, shock absorbing neoprene lining of 5mm. Neoprene is soft for the horse's leg to prevent rubbing. The moulded plastic shell fits snugly and the protector can be fixed
