The sweet orange and sprinkle of Marlborough sea salt lift this bar to a whole new level of deliciousness. We cant get enough. The cacao inside this chocolate is the Trinitario varietal. A slightly hotter roast profile was used to create a more stable base for the hazelnut flavour. YUM. 100%
