S. S. C.) US Army, which was the WWI precursor (from 1914 1918) of today's US Air Force. The dial is labeled A. S. S. C. US Army. We have observed this ASI in photos of the instrument panel of the Curtiss Jenny biplane and the post WWI Martin MB 2 Bomber. It is in good condition given its age. The glass and housing
