Dark plum, crme de cassis, cloves, menthol and licorice are some of the signatures. Fleshy and generous, the 2011 should continue to drink nicely for another decade or so. Readers who like more aromatic and flavor nuance will want to give the 2011 a little more time in bottle, as it is still quite young. Antonio Galloni
