This does not mean that we should forget them, quite the contrary. Start with the white Cairanne from Marcel Richaud, with a complex and very fine style. This is an expressive wine, with intense aromas of white and exotic fruits. The palate reveals notes of flowers and pear, and has a beautiful substance, which gives it roundness and richness (but with finesse). We appreciate the
