The nose is brimming with golden syrup, chocolate ice cream, Moroccan Tagine spices, stewed apricot, sage and peppermint tea. A rooftop meal in the medina. On the palate there is distinct sea salt, a whiff of leather, cola cubes, macerated cherries and biltong. A slight menthol finish.
