Unused stock condition. Outer material: grey natural wool felt and military fur (60% sheepskin and 40% polyester); broadcloth inside. It comes with Soviet insignia attached to the hat (which can be removed). Hats were worn by soldiers of the Soviet Army who served in cold, northern areas, usually inside the Arctic Circle
