Raventos i Blanc, "De Nit," Conca del Riu Anoia, Spain, White Blend, 2023 Mixers Dark with notes of ripeThis family has been making wine since 1497, and they have a few tricks to show us: Here we have the classic grapes used for Cava production with the addition of Monastrell, also known as Mourvedre, to add a gorgeous pink hue. As always this is a treat and a great aperitif sparkling wine with pinxos or a ham plate.
