it is fair to assume that this would have been installed in either the Douglas A-20 Havoc or A-26 Invader

Turn and Bank Indicator, (Wendezeiger) Luftwaffe, Fl 22402, Pneumatic Short Sunderland The dials of the indicatorsThis is an experienced yet fine example of an early WWII era German Wendezeiger (Turn and Bank) Fl 22402, as used in aircraft of the Luftwaffe, such as the Bf 109, Me 110, and Ju 87. This example has the pneumatic connection attached. Made by Askania, it has a manufacturing date of Feb 14, 1935. Measures ~3 inches diameter and 5 inches deep. The case paint shows some corrosion, but the glass and face markings are intact, as is the floating ball within
