Vega Folk Ranger FR-5 Banjo c. 1969-70 Type_ Chorus bassists Doug Weis and StanceNice old Vega F 5 Folk Ranger banjo, serial Number A 129813 which dates it to either late 1969 or early 1970. This could be just before Vega was sold to the Martin Guitar Company in mid 1970 so this could be one of the last original Boston Vega banjos. The banjo appears all original and is in good playing condition with comfortable action and a plunky old tone. We'll ship it in a modern gig bag.
