Bruce Jack Blush 2020 White Wine on the palate it’s alsoBruce Jack Blush comes from healthy grapes received early in the day. Grapes were crushed, juice drained and skins pressed. After juice settled, clear juice was used to ferment. After fermentation wine was both protein and cold stabilized. Red wine was blended proportionally to the Sauvignon Blanc hence the light salmon colour. The final step is to filter the wine.
