There is a lovely inner mouth perfume to the refined

600 bottles were filled in May 2020

joined by notes of caramel and licorice

intense and beautifully textured medium weight flavors also exude a refreshing salinity on the sneaky long and balanced finale

This could use a bit more overall depth

Maume (Tawse), Gevrey Chambertin Etelois Vintage:2021 There is a lovely innerA more elegant nose is comprised by notes of spice and floral nuances that add breadth to the red currant scents. The refined, vibrant and beautifully detailed medium weight flavors are delicious though the lingering finish leans out somewhat as it sits on the palate. I like the depth but its not clear that the back end is necessarily going to flesh out with time in bottle.
