This means its most suitable for precise actions like peeling and garnishing. It is a western edged knife with a 100mm long blade, 50 50 grind, 2. 5mm thick steel stock in 14c28n Swedish high carbon stainless steel. The handle is made using a stacked construction with black leather and Micarta composite discs.
