Its delicious Ecuadorian Sumatra seed wrapper covers a Nicaraguan binder and a filler made of Dominican and Nicaraguan leaves. Handmade in Honduras, the Los Statos Deluxe Toro is a re vitalized, re blended version of the original. Matt Booth (of Room 101 cigars) developed the blend.
