The grapes come from two different vineyards, about 30 years old, planted on slate. The maceration lasts only 24 hours, and after fermentation, the wine is aged for one year on the lees in a 1000 liter Austrian oak barrel. Bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur. A pure
