dark fruits like figs and Damson's mix with some dark chocolate and plumbs

a handful of nuts and juicy fruits bring pleasing length to the very end of the palate

Its deliciously smoky, apple forward spirit with a touch of bacon and jammy fruits. Its been reduced by four degrees to 60% to make it a little more sippable.
