Domaine Siouvette, L'Exception Rose 2025 Stag's Hollow Subtle and complexA historic Provence estate producing a pale pink rose with notes of small red berries and bright fruit on the palate. The grapes are harvested by hand and later macerated on the skins to provide the classic light pink, Domaine Siouvette lies at the base of the Maures massif, nearby to St Tropez, and covers 20 hectares of south facing vines. This wine is an ideal pairing for Mediterranean dishes or simply by itself in the sunshine.
