Fitted bodice with a wide rounded neck in front and lower cut v back. Fitted waistband and sleeveless arms. Skirt is sewn in neat narrow gathers with a gorgeous fullness and midi length. Swirling piping band with yellow lace around the lower part of the skirt, looping into little swirls backed in solid yellow. Back metal zipper to fastnen. Unlined. Dress is pictured with a petticoat
