Compagnie des Indes Florida 17 Year Rum 700ml (ABV 44%) French vodka lingering finishThe Florida 17 Year Old is double matured in ex bourbon cask then ex Jamaican New Yarmouth rum cask. Nose Very expressive, a charming fruity side with notes of ripe bananas and pineapples. It then has an atypical side with pine resin and maple syrup. Palate The attack is round and sweet, with aromas of fudge, acacia honey and custard. A floral touch with elderflower and a hint of pink pepper which brings a spicy note.
