The frame is mid century modern style and plastic. So cool for the day and very popular. It looks like wood. It is signed. It is signed. The title is "Paris St. Beiun" but I could be wrong as it is hard to read. There is also paint on the back where the painting was held by the artist. Height with frame: 19. 5 in.
