On the nose notes of saltwater pebbles, dried apricots and peaches are found alongside honey, rosemary and thyme. On the palate the flavour starts off as minerally, salty, and peppery with a smoky note on the tongue. Caramel, dried apricots, leather, and wood shavings notes turn into eartjy and spicy notes. A medium to long finish with mineraly and smoky fruit.
