Universal pigment thinner nude For covering and brightening anIngredients: Aqua, Glycerin, Isopropyl Alcohol, Hamamelis Virginiana Extract Can be used to dilute pigment or as a rewetting agent. Universal pigment thinner is added to reduce the concentration of the dye, as well as for shadow effects on the eyebrows, lips and eyelids. Can be used in the manufacture of mixes.
