Distilled up in Wick in 2007, this release spent 15 years in a first fill ex bourbon barrel before bottling in June this year. Its a fantastic example of the distillerys coastal character, bottled at natural colour and no chill filtration. Tasting note: Nose: Initially like an apple crumble,
