Eclipse - Large Jar The only failure is thatLarge(ish) jar made from black stoneware. The inside is glazed with black. Stands approx 4. 5" tall and 4. 75" at its widest point. Holds 800ml for reference. One of the nice things about storing tea in ceramic is that it helps shield it from drastic temperature swings. I left the walls with some thickness for this purpose, but the weight overall feels good. That said, you can store all kinds of things in this jar. It is food safe. The lid fit is snug
