There's citrus and white blossom up front, followed by subtle tropical hints of just ripe pineapple and that classic Chablis signature note of oyster shell, flint and a light saline note. Drink now with seafood or goat's cheese, or put a few aside for a few years to develop a more savoury, flinty complexity.
