The distillery married with the bourbon experts of Firestone and Robertson Distillery in Texas. The whiskey is made from yellow Texas corn, red soft wheat, six row distillers malt and a special yeast strain derived from Texas pecans. It is aged for a minimum of 2 years in charred oak barrels.
