Inga Britta Mills studied in her native Sweden receiving a Baccalaureate in languages from Gothenburg University, and received both a B. A. and M. A. in Fine Arts from Montclair State University in New Jersey. She was an assistant to Dag Hammarskjold at the U. N., and also
