While 70% of this wine underwent fermentation in stainless steel tanks, 30% of it was fermented and matured in second and third fill French oak barrels before being blended together and bottled. The result is a delicate and nuanced wine with layers of fresh pear and peaches, rounded off with a round and creamy mouthfeel.
