They're quite different from my Wool Blankets

Layers of stitching are added by hand before the piece is free-hand quilted (essentially doodling with the machine) + then another layer of stitching + textural elements are added by hand

Each pouch is made with my custom Tie Prints wool flannel — a fabric I create by transferring dye directly from vintage silk neckties onto wool

It’s finished with a sturdy antique brass YKK zipper (made in Montréal)
