A skerry is the rock the tide never fully claims. You might have spotted them from a shore walk or a west coast drive, small outcrops sitting just above the surface, salt scoured and fractured by everything the sea throws at them. Or closer, if you've paddled or snorkelled around them. Theyre not dramatic structures, but I find them curious ones.
