Cotes du Jura 'Sur la Cour' Trousseau 2023, Domaine Jean-Luc Mouillard Sweet Made by star Aussie winemakerBeautifully aromatic, medium bodied, organically farmed Trousseau from Jura, fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel for maximum purity and made with very low sulphur additions. Beautiful, velvet red cherries, rosehip florals and refreshing acidity with some sandy tannins that add a surprising seriousness.
