The outer is made from water repellent PFC free wax coated fatigue twill, a sturdy fabric that is less prone to wrinkling and better able to hide soil and stains than a simple weave. It's then lined with 3M Thinsulate Featherless Insulation scientifically engineered to provide extreme warmth in even the
