Arrive at 6: 30 pm, well begin around 7 pm with your co hosts Shane & Kim of Studio SHIM. This month opens with a quick guided meditation, creating space to settle in and then we leave more room to move, connect, dance, play, and drum together. As the kids say its going to be delicious.
